this was the 1st time i saw kol and it was so unbelievable amazing i dont think any gig i have been to since could ever compare! i got their early so that i was in with a chance of getting to the front and managed to catch sight of them warming up and doing sound checks, it was like my own little showing...fantasic!. we queued for hours until the doors opened but i was so giddy the time flew. the doors eventually opened and i managed to get to the barrier centre stage. Now, I have been to alot of gigs but never contemplated going down to the front, however, this is the KINGS OF LEON where talking about. before the band came on we had room to breath and move about abit but once the lights went down...wow...it was immense, i have never felt anything like it! EVERYONE behind us pushed forward and bounced around to the songs, it was amazing, such an adrenaline rush. it was quite possible the best night ever! Caleb was stood right infront of me, WOW!!!! i have never been so excited before, he's YUMMY! The set was amazing and the atmosphere was unbelievable. I was gutted when it ended and i had to go home. I could barely walk cos i was shaking so much from the adrenaline. BEST BAND IN THE WORLD!! completely!

i went to see them last time they played in donny n i was 12 they were (n still are) my fav band

they always seem to better themselves and have managed to make me the hottest i've ever been (heat wave last time =[)

never again will i wear extreamly tight white jeans to a gig

but the aha tour shirt that is still 10 sizes to big for me after approx 3years came in quite handy as a make-shift towel!!! =]

my lil sis (who is 7) came too ..... as a matter of fact my whole family came!! lmao!!!

Who are you kidding the Doncaster gig was the best by far. The Dome was excellent and the Kings rocked. They loved the audience and they were fantastic.

I didn't think i could sweat harder or faster than i did in Lincoln but i was wrong. Lincoln was amazing but this gig was special. All five of us came over from Ireland this time, the whole gang. We had a few mishaps on the way (car broke down, miss the flight...) but god was it worth it! KOL rocked us out of the Dome. They just get better and better. I've never seen a happier more satisfied group of people after a gig in my life. Deadly!

The dome was mint..very hot must have lost a stone in the mosh pit mint...the kings just get better and better...

Yes the Doncaster Dome was a poor Venue but that didn't matter when Black Thumbnail opened up and everyone went mental. If you were at the back it may have seemed like a short show but in the mosh pit the heat and energy was awesome and a two hour set may have killed some folk.
They had played some new stuff at Lincoln and some were a bit dumbstruck as they didn't know what they were hearing, at Doncaster they did and could appreciate it to maximum effect by stomping on someone.

New to KOL got my tickets from E Bay only the day before. Blown away, the band were fantastic. Hope they know that not all Yorkshire venues are as bad as the 'Dome'.
