I assume that's your favourite place, right? 4 hours is quite a drive

So, I've got to ask you - is it cold in the desert?!! Actually I know it gets cold at night, but couldn't resist asking

It couldn't be more different from where I am. So much rain that it's always green...snow in the winter...lovely autumn sunsets at the moment though. Hot pink and orange skies on clear nights. Gorgeous.

ha ha, yes, parts of London are pretty and quaint, but there's plenty that aren't! It's well worth a visit one day as there's so much to see and do. For music lovers it's a dream as there's so much on every single night.

I'm actually in Kent, about 17 miles South East of the centre of London, otherwise known as suburbia. It's commuter belt land and I work both in the City of London (the financial district) and the West End (theatreland).
