I am from northeastern North Carolina, a short drive from the Outer Banks. I have 3 kids, currently 8,5, and 3. All of them have their own favorite KoL song. My 8 year old can sing Four Kicks from beginning to end, my 5 year old requests Cold Desert everytime he gets in the car and my 3 year old daughter calls Day Old Blues, "her song". The wife and I saw KoL at Lollapalooza in 2007 and since we have been avid fans. I took Caleb, my 8 year old, to see them open for Pearl Jam in Va Beach in 2008, gotta love it when Eddie Vedder comes on with KoL for Slow night so long. So far this year, I have seen them in NYC, Norfolk, and Cary. I plan on attending Austin City Limits later this year as well. At the Cary show, I took my son Caleb and he walked away with the setlist and drumsticks, which were personally delivered by Nacho. Great times!
