How are you ? . You must be exhausted with all the stress .How is Frank ? haven't heard from you for a while. I dont sign up to twitter or facebook , but i did to twitter to see Nathan's message , i hope Frank smiled . I know we are many miles apart , but you and Frank are in my thoughts . Tell Frank i and many others on this site are moved by his courage to fight this shit disease, it's always the good and the brave that get to suffer.I hope and pray ,(i don't normally ) .I hope that Frank has been made as comfortable as possible . Here in the u.k we have a charity called the Macmillan trust, they are truly fantastic , they look after your loved ones at all times , advise you , help you to come to terms with this illness , and it's all charity based . I have to say good night now , i am with you and Frank , all the way . Tell Frank , i love him .Tell Frank i'm thinking of him . Tell Frank i admire him .
