Howz u? Manic I expect. Well at least u haven't got to cope with Uni at the moment. I suppose that is something. I hope your new placement doesn't prove to be as difficult as the last one to get to.
Have got an appt tomorrow with the Consultant re my diverticulitis. Didn't hear anything for about 6 weeks then they ring on Monday & say OK for Thursday. Typical!!! Still it will get it out of the way.
A friend tried to get pre-sale tickets from KOL this morning from a link on this site. It wasn't working & by the time she got through they had stopped doing pre-sale. Some other people got tickets so it must have really been luck of the draw. Some happy people & a lot of unhappy ones.
Not long to go now, u must be excited but also a little nervous. U do seem very organised though, new house found, packing mostly done. Very impressed.
I am gutted I am not coming, I so wanted to be there to support u. If u had stuck with the date of your Mum's Birthday in October things would have been much better. I will just have to be there in spirit & will obviously be thinking of u both on the day.
Archie is out with the dog walker today, but he, Parker & I had a lovely walk yesterday it was pretty warm here.
Take care & try & get some rest before the big day. Will talk to u before then, in any case.

Constantly playing catch-up with this stupid PC. Am hoping there will be some improvement when the kids go back to school next week. We can but hope.

U are being a busy bee. 2 places to pack up. Don't envy u. As long as u can find your way out of the maze & aren't wandering around in a wall of boxes for the next 3 weeks!!!!!!!

Yes, good to have the car back. I do need it where I live. The buses only run about once a week into the local town & u have to go when they say & come back when they say. There are only the two buses during that day. I was given a hire car whilst they were repairing mine so it wasn't too bad.

I will send card & voucher to the address that I have in that case. It will be good for u to get away. Southern Ireland. Only place I have been in Ireland is Dublin & that is a long story. As u say, it will be great to have the majority of your boxes moved so that when u get back u can relax & take your time to unpack. I should think u will deserve the break after all this in any case.

What is happening regards Uni & work placement. Are u starting at a new hospital?

Have a great weekend. Archie, Parker & I have had some nice walks this week as the weather has been quite good so am hoping it will last over the weekend.

Apart from your poor feet, I am glad that u had a good weekend. Walking is good for the soul, so they say, aching feet never seem to figure in there anywhere. Funny that!!!
Couldn't remember if u were collecting dress or having one more fitting. It will be good to finally have it at home. Very exciting.
Moving things already, that is good news. Where are u going on honeymoon? Have u anything planned or doing something last minute like sticking a pin in a map. Ha ha!!!! U better let me know where u would like me to send your voucher. I would usually send it to the new address rather than it getting stuck at the old one, but if u aren't moving in properly until after the honeymoon u better advise me.
Nothing much to report from this end really. Haven't really been anywhere or done anything due to lack of funds. I think I told u I got the car back & luckily for me it is under warranty so I didn't have to pay for anything cos otherwise I think I would have had to rob a bank. Clutches don't come cheap & at the moment I can't borrow from my Mother as she has been paying out quite a lot recently & hasn't much to spare. Did just pop up & have a sandwich lunch with Gill, who has the boutique last week as I was on my way to see her when the car broke down. Sunday I took my Mother over to Gill's house as it was Gill's Birthday & we had lunch & a good time there.
I took Parker & Archie out walking yesterday & today. Been quite warm, but I have a cold so keep going hot & cold so I suspect I looked quite odd as I was wearing a hoody. Archie is more or less behaving at the moment but is becoming even more demanding of attention when he wants it. Then he & Parker act like a couple of spoilt young kids when they are together.
Drew is OK, he went to Wales for the day the other weekend, something through the Base. I think he quite enjoyed it. He has a huge new Ford truck which was imported from the States. It's a monster & has every gadget u can think of, including air conditioned seats so u can get a cool bum!!! His pride & joy. He was asked to take it to a car show at Milton Keynes last weekend & I think he is taking it to another one in October. He has an old girlfriend coming over from the States for 2 weeks in October. They went out when they were teenagers 10 years ago, but have kept in touch. She has been married & is also divorced. I think he is hoping they can pick up where they left off, but if u don't see someone for 10 years & the last time u saw them they were 16 I don't know quite what he is thinking.
It's getting on for 11.30pm so I think it's time to get ready for bed. Say hello to Isaac for me.

Once again sorry for late reply, usual problems with the PC. It is just so slow I am constantly in catch-up mode. Glad u got the other e-mail OK.

U must have either had your last dress fitting by now or actually picked up the dress. I bet it is gorgeous, but hope Isaac hasn't caught a glimpse of it.

Hope your Sunday was enjoyable & the weather was kind to u. We had a mixture of sun & rain, but it wasn't that warm. Quite Autumnal. I still haven't worn what I call real Summer clothes yet & now doubt very much that I will. I went over to see a friend as it was her Birthday on Sunday.

Your new flat is easier for Isaac to get to work, how is it going to be for u going to Uni or the hospital? Are u still in the same placement in A & E or am I way out of the loop?

I think Archie would have probably looked quite cool in top hat & tails, myself. Not sure what he would have to say about it.

Let me have new address as soon as all is signed & sealed + your moving in date.

Try not to get too exhausted.
