Hey everyone! I'm Emma, I live in Edinburgh in sunny (snowy?!) Scotland, I work as a Pharmacy technician, but only to tide me over til I move to Hollywood
Well my obsession began in 2007 when I heard a song at my cousin's house and asked who it was by, the reply: Kings of Leon...the song, Fans. That was it, I was hooked! I went out and bought Because of the Times, and for a while I only listened to Fans; then I listened the whole way through and I was blown away! Only By The Night followed, then I got Aha Shake Heartbreak and Youth and Young Manhood together. I can't believe I didn't discover them sooner, although I was always more of a pop fan...it just took me a while!
I've taken away my list of favourite songs because there are just too many! Let's just say I love them all, there isn't a KOL song I don't like. Although Fans and Cold Desert have a special place in my heart, as Fans was the first one I heard and Cold Desert...well, need I explain!
I finally got to see the Kings in June 2009...they were unbelievable, and did everything to justify the obsession! I will be at every single tour they do from now on.
I'm loving being a member of the site, and have met some amazing people here!
