about me

My name is Dave and I'm from Boston. I grew up a Michael Jordan/Chicago Bulls fan so thus the profile name. Like most people I love music, especially live music. My favorite bands are Pearl Jam, Kings Of Leon, Radiohead, Ben Harper, Foo Fighters, and Rage Against The Machine. I love going to concerts, nothing like seeing a band that you love live! I started getting into KOL 2004, but I didn't see them live until the fall of 2005 in N.H. From that point on I've been hooked. The only other band that I've have seen more in concert has been Pearl Jam(26 times and counting..) and out of the hundreds of shows I've seen live, KOL has been at the top of the list, only second to PJ - it's a senority thing!

Are you getting married? If so, congrats!! I know what saving up for a wedding is like. Love the new Ben Harper. Have you seen the vid for Lay There & Hate Me? Love it!! I am SO excited that Soundgarden is reuniting. I am secretly hoping the Pearl Jam and Soundgarden have a partial double bill tour but I know it is a pipe dream. I am pretty sure that would kill Matt Cameron physically. haha. But yeah really really hoping for more Pearl Jam dates. Don't know if it will happen though with this Soundgarden news.

By the way...that Harper & the R7 lyric is my fave lyric by far off the new album. I do hope he goes and does more with the Innocent Criminals though. I think he will.

How are you? I haven't been on this in seriously forever. I just have to tell you I went to Austin City Limits and was barrier for Pearl Jam and I had my Pearl Jam religious experience. And I was barrier for KOL too when Eddie came out for Slow Night So Long and I made eye contact with the man himself! Basically cause I was screaming like a banshee & jumping up and down so he noticed. haha. Kings gigs have been great. But I am basically listening to Pearl Jam nonstop right now. haha. How are you?
