about me

Hello my fellow Kings of Leon lovers, my name is Janelle. I was was born and raised in Show Low, Arizona. I'm a full-time student through NAU. Working towards a career in Crime Scene Investigation as a Crime Scene Technician. Pretty interesting stuff. I have a love for art/writing/photography. I am a full-time single mom to an amazing 22 month old little boy named Caden Sayvior. I'm not a judgmental person, I'd never be the one to judge a "book by it's cover." Although, Mean people do suck. I love meeting new people and making friends. I used to be extremely shy, so it's nice to finally be coming out of my shell. I'm a loyal friend, and would never hurt anyone intentionally. My first live Kings of Leon concert was back in May 2009, at the Mesa Amphitheater. It was the most amazing show, and concert I had ever been too. Kings of Leon are flawless live!
Meeting the band remains at the top of my wishlist.
Some other music I listen to is, 30 Seconds to Mars (Also a Fav. of mine!), Muse, U2, Bjork, Nine Inch Nails, Tool, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, A Perfect Circle, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, P!nk, Evanescence, Flyleaf, Paramore, just to name a few...

Music is the greatest gift the soul could have. I love music and dancing to go with it

My taste is very diverse when it comes to music. It can provide you with any feeling you choose at the moment, as well as in making the most of memories.
I adore Kings of Leon. "I just can't get enough!" I am looking forward to being a part of the whole Kings of Leon madness, and getting to know the coolest people around!!

Sorry 2 hear that both u & Caden have been poorly. Hope things begin 2 improve.
I have a busy time coming up medically. Tomorrow I go 2 see my Chron's Consultant & then next week have the ECG (only 2 weeks late). I also have an appointment with my doctor next week 2 discuss the virus, my foot etc. X Rays of my foot will be back by then. I am overdue 4 my flu & swine flu jabs, but can't have them whilst I am poorly. I saw a chiropodist yesterday & asked her 2 look at & feel my ankle. She thinks that I knocked the ankle joint out when I fell & it went back in but not correctly. That would account 4 the pain, swelling & clicking noises. I will see wot the X Rays & my doctor have 2 say.
I don't have a lap top I have a table top computer. Thank u 4 thinking of me with that link tho, it sounds pretty cool.
I'm liking my page at the moment & it didn't take half as long as the first time I did it. I do have a mini video on there of the boys on stage. You sometimes have 2 wait 4 it 2 start moving.
I will have 2 go back on the O2 web-site & look again at Jeff Dunham, it wouldn't be worth paying out 4 the tickets if u were too far back. Would be good to see, I'm sure.

I'm surprised Rolling Stone only gave it 2 stars. It's definitely better than that. I wonder wot their reasoning was. Hope u manage 2 get a copy soon.
Well, I am just off 2 the doctors 2 pick up a prescription. I know what u mean about the housework. I have certain tracks I play & crank up & keep them on repeat. It gives me a kick up the butt & then keeps me at it. I think I should bring a CD out with tracks 2 do the housework 2. Ha ha!!!!!

Glad school is going well for you. Weather has been really nice here lately! Have had windows open! So weird for November! Hoping it sticks for awhile! This probably means we will have the most horribly cold winter ever!! lol!

Hope this finds u well? Lovin the new page. Did u notice I have done mine again?
U sound as if u have been mighty busy with your Course, doesn't time fly when u are having fun!!!!!!!!
My friend is now back in the US. It was lovely 2 see him, but not really enough time. He was trying 2 see as many peeps as he could during his 3 week stay & I still don't think he saw half of them. Still we had a good catch-up. Mr Slinky is pretty cool isn't he. He seems 2 do a lot at sporting events in the US in the half-time section. I don't know how much it would have cost 2 get him 2 come over 4 those 2 gigs. Very clever tho.
U can get the Achmed T-shirt on Amazon. It has a pic of him & Silence, I kill you. Funnily enough Jeff Dunham is playing one nite at the O2 in London next April. I'd like 2 go but it is such a huge venue & I think 2 see him u need 2 be pretty much near the front. We shall see.
I have come to the conclusion machines don't like me. For weeks I have been having problems with my internet access. One minute I have it, then I don't. Then I went 2 have the ECG & was all hooked up & it wouldn't work. I've got 2 wait 2 more weeks until I can have it!!!!! I showed them my foot & they said it shouldn't be that painful or swollen after 3 weeks. I had also been hearing this clicking sound. They arranged 4 me 2 have X Rays & on Monday was just going out the door when they rang & said the X Ray machine was broken. It was fixed later so I went in the afternoon. Still waiting 4 the results. I am no further forward on the virus as that got sidelined until I had the results of the ECG. All so frustrating.
I have a few Christmas presents, but am hoping 2 go 2 another Christmas Fayre on Base tomorrow so if we go, & u can never rely on William, I am hoping 4 some inspiration.
I luv the sound of Caden's car, how cool is that. It's good u have control over it too. I'd be fighting him 4 it, I think.
Not much else 2 report, met a friend 4 lunch on Thursday &, of course, Pink is creeping closer. Looking forward 2 that.
My KOL Live DVD arrived & it is awesome, as u would expect. It brought back good memories of the O2 gigs in June especially meeting some of the peeps off this site. I got quite nostalgic. Seems so long ago now. Nay Nay looks very handsome.
I hope u have a good weekend. I have lots of housework 2 catch up on as I haven't been doing much of late.

Its wonderful to hear from ya. I know you've been busy. School work is tough. Hope all is good. How's you? Caden doing good? Bet ur ears were burning cuz I was just thinking the other day I have not talked to ya in a bit. Was looking at the painting the other day and I'm still blown away that its mine.
