Hey everyone I'm Chris,I live and work in Manhattan,NY and loving it.I'm a head chef at Balon on the upper east side (81st btw 2&3)come visit.When I'm not working you can find me somewhere downtown partying, drinking, and making fool out of myself.three biggest passions are cooking, music, and football.Favorite bands are Kings of Leon of course, Radiohead, Tv On The Radio, Gaslight Anthem, Margot & The Nuclear So & So's, Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene , Smashing Pumpkins, basically anything Indie and most rock.One of the best Concerts I've ever been to at Madison Square Garden was KOL last year it was ridiculous.Seen them three times live now and it never gets old.

Ciao there bello, como stai?
Sorry it took me ages to reply, had a few busy days here moving house but now it’s all good again!
It must be very exciting to work with food like you do, I know it must be weird to give twice you age’s men orders but this is also amazing, so just feel proud of yourself!

If your passion isn’t there, you should definitely try work towards where it it. I know it’s very hard to just move carers, out of the blue, specially nowadays with this recession time, but if we don’t risk we won’t live, we just keep surviving, which isn’t ideal.
I study finances at college, and I’m also working in this area. I work at a financial trading company, in Operations. I find it very interesting, but I have to say I never thought I would be doing something like this. I was always involved with music and dance, and thought I would always do this. That’s my passion. Dreams? I haven’t dreamt much lately…which is sad!! But I’ve been thinking very seriously about get back to music, even as a hobby. ..
Anyways, let me know hoe you’re getting on! Life in NY must just be amazing; I SO want to go there. No, I haven’t been yet. YET!
