KOL are the best, I just love them. The concert was amazing. I so love the way they just get out there and play their music. They don't bother with all the theatrics that other bands do. It's so refreshing to see such talent on display with the band members interacting with each other, doing their thing, just as it should be. If you are talented, you don't need all that other crap and they way they shared little stories between songs was so sweet and endearing. This concert was truly awesome. I can't wait for them to come back again. I'll be there in a heartbeat!

Mere words can't do this concert justice! Deserves more than just 5 stars. Screamed my head off, still can't talk after 3 days. (Could be a cold, be we won't say that...)

The air was eletric the moment the KOL lads walked on stage, and I don't even think Caleb got a word in for 'Sex on Fire' the crowd was so into it! Good mix of 'oldies' as well as the new ones. Totally amazing sound! Loved every second of the show, but sadly all good things must come to an end. Blasted 'Only by the Night' all the way home. There's a small group of bands these days that sound as good live as recorded, but KOL goes further and sounds even more amazing live.

So many big bands seem to skip Ottawa, thinking it as boring and political and all. So when a massive band like Kings of Leon come, I think us ottawians make it worthwhile! Can't wait for their next stop through here!!!

This was one the best Rock 'n Roll concerts anyone could ever take in. Right up there with Pearl Jam and Nine Inch Nails!!! The crowd after "Sex on fire" was one of the loudest moments I have ever witnessed at concert in Ottawa!! Thanks guys for coming to Ottawa and hope you guy's will return to grace us with another night to remember!!!

I am pleased to say KOL was f*cking amazing! I got to the front of the crowd, took amazing pictures. MATTHEW LOOKED AT ME! My friend got a pic and I almost caught Caleb's sweat towel thing... almost. They were f*cking fantastic I'm so upset I have to wait another year to see them again.

SO, i'm not gonna drag this out to be a super long or professional sounding review. but they played quite a few good oldies and newbies. they left out mcfearless and my friend cried all the way home. jk lol.
i heard the boys weren't so pleased with montreal's crowd on the 16th and told a group to "f*ck themselves" because they wouldn't even tap a foot. they sure as hell didn't rock out on their own at the scotiabank place in ottawa last night (sept 17, 09) though. i think they definitely felt the love

AWESOME SHOW, great live, as i knew they would be. i lost my camera though..so i have no pics to post booo.
