i loved the show. it was very down to earth and therefore kind of intimate. it was terrific.

i didn't even notice how fast time was passing. 1 and a half hour seemed like 45 minutes. everything sounded perfect, there wasn't any mistakes, nothing was off key.

the crowd went wild. and it really was crowded.
the only bad thing was that there usually was at least one tall guy blocking your view. when you got closer to the stage, though, (recklessly making your way through the mosh pit, I might add) you could almost see everything.

i had really hoped they'd play soft, though, which they didn't. but i can totally connive at that.
and i've been listening to 'on call' basically 24/7 since monday. it's not like i didn't like the song before, but now i love it.

the ettes (support act) were great, too. poni really let herself go, beating the shit out of her drums.

it was great.
