Howz u? Just wondered where u had got 2. I haven't seen u on here or FB but Linzi said u have been on Twitter & u no I can't cope with that. Hope being busy means nice busy. I have had a virus 4 a month & it turns out they think I've had swine flu but because of my ill health & no immune system it is going 2 take longer 4 me to get over. I expect you're jealous!!!!!! Us girlies went 2 London on Saturday 2 see the KOL photo exhibition & a good time was had by all. There weren't as many pics as we thought but they span 10yrs so the changes in the guys are very striking. Then we headed 4 the pub 4 some R & R & plenty of laughs. Hope 2 do it all again before Christmas. Please stop showing off about the weather. We have some nice days & then some horrible ones. I have been very cold with this virus but it's not been too bad, yet!!! The clocks went back on Saturday so it is now dark at 5.00pm. That is not nice. Well, good 2 hear fm u & 2 know that u r OK. Wot a scorcher!!!!!! Howz u, hun, all good I hope? Yep, not good about the spine injections. I'm waiting 2 get an appointment 2 see the Consultant & discuss it all with her. I was hoping it would do something cos I think it is prob the last resort. Pills don't touch the pain at all. I don't like injections either, but since I've been ill, I've had so many I've just got used 2 them. At least they are usually quick but I still have 2 look the other way. When I was in hospital not that long ago I used 2 have one in my stomach every day, that was not good. Then I had 2 have a lumbar puncture, which they had 2 do twice cos they didn't get it right the 1st time. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Yeah, looking forward to the exhibiition. Will be seeing Charlie again, whom I went up 2 meet in London a couple of weeks ago. Also Linzi & Lorraine who I met at the O2 & whoever else is coming on that day. Great shame u can't be there, u can always hop on a plane. We would all love u to come over. See u on FB. Wot u got lined up 4 the w/end - the usual??!!!! Take care. Muchos huggles & loads of luv.
