Not that I am a Caleb girl, but I do love looking at the top pic when I come onto your page. Really lovely picture of him. I haven't actually heard any reviews about the film, but like u I want to see for myself & make my own mind up. I'm not surprised it isn't the same as the book seeing as it is Tim Burton, especially coming up with a different ending & calling somewhere Underworld. Conjures up all sorts of nasty things. I saw a lovely clip where the Red Queen asks for her pig to be brought in cos she likes to warm her feet on the pig's tummy. So cute. It is lovely to see the pigs out in the fields, it's horrible when they are cooped up all together, that is when the fighting starts. Then I feel the same about all farm animals. I don't eat much meat, mainly chicken or minced steak or beef. I certainly couldn't eat my piggies!!!!!!! I am having a fairly quiet weekend & trying to catch-up on the Spring cleaning which was put off after Archie pulled me over. I have a hospital appointment on Monday, a doctor's appointment on Tuesday (who says I don't lead an exciting life). Then a late Birthday lunch on Thursday & London next Saturday. I will need the weekend to try & conserve some energy, too. I'm sure u will have a great time snowboarding. I shall look forward to hearing all about it. I hope Archie does calm down somewhat over the next couple of years I don't think I will last out for another 4 or 5!!!! Have fun this weekend. Thank u lovely. It has been confirmed that I will be going up to London not this Saturday but the following one to see Alice in Wonderland. I am going with my friend, Charlie, from this site. The one I went to see Pink with in December. That was the last time I met her so we have loads to catch-up on & both of us are really keen to see the film. Pigs are highly intelligent, that is why if u keep them u should give them things to play with & keep them amused otherwise they get bored & start fighting. Also, they are one of the cleanest animals contrary to popular belief. Luckily in the UK most farmers now keep the pigs outside in fields & they are free to roam & have little houses to go into. Not like years ago when they were kept in pens. It is so nice to see & so much better for them. I had a friend who kept ferrets. They have a bit of a reputation for nipping people as they have very sharp teeth. The colours of them are so varied & quite beautiful, but I don't think I could cope with one as a pet. I would love a chinchilla but then they mainly come out to play at night. Archie likes anything furry so he'd probably try & eat it anyway!!!!!!!! Staffies don't calm down until they are about 8 or 9 & then it depends on the particular dog. Especially the males. They just keep on going. Only another 4 years to go!!!!!!! I suspect half a day snowboarding will be enough when u don't go regularly. I can imagine u would be sore & stiff the next day. Better to be safe than sorry. That is nice that u have a friend coming to stay, that will be something to look forward to. Then back to the grindstone. U can only think of it as being a great opportunity for u & Caden in the long run. U should be very proud of yourself. I know it is a little unnerving when thinking of moving to a city, but I did it at 17 at least for college & a few years later to work & live as well. It's surprising how quickly u adapt & when u are young the city has everything that u want on offer. U will be fine. These piggy sweets are made especially for this huge store which has been in existence since the 1800s & was started from a market stall by 2 brothers. It mainly sells, clothes, shoes, furniture & that type of thing but has a very good food hall. Enjoy your weekend & your friend's visit & I look forward to hearing about the snowboarding. Thank u once again for the Birthday wishes. Only had a quiet day today, but very pleasant. Had a nice walk in the forest this afternoon, but there was no sun & the wind was pretty nippy. At least it was dry. I had some lovely cards & presents so I was a lucky girl & I still have 3 presents to collect over the next couple of weeks. The reason the lunches & dinners are spaced out, is that I can't eat lots of big meals close together now because of the Chron's disease, I have to be careful. Also a lot of peeps I am meeting involve quite a bit of driving & I have to pace myself or the ME plays up. I try to learn by experience. It also lets the celebrations drag on a while, as well!!!! There are lots of different piggy sweets in this collection so I will send u a mixture & u can see what u like. I hope u, at least, like some of them. I nearly had a pig once. When my Mother & Stepfather first moved to Norfolk they had quite a bit of land & I talked my Stepfather round. My Mother, however, put her foot down & said as I lived in London & only came up some weekends they would end up looking after it. That was the end of that!!!!!! I may be seeing Alice in Wonderland next weekend now. The girls from this site that I am going with can't do this Saturday & Friday is not good from the point of view that our station has a tiny car park & in the week has the commuter's cars in it so u can't park. Also, I found out to my cost that the fares on a Saturday are much less than on a weekday & they are expensive enough anyway. Therefore, I would rather go on a Saturday. We will see it in London in 3D. I can't wait. It opens here on Friday as well. If u see it, then let me know what u think. I bet u will have a great time snowboarding even if u do end up rolling down the slopes half of the time. Sounds like great fun & a good way of getting fresh air. I bet Jasper is getting big & yes, full of energy & bounce. Archie is still like that & is 5 in April!!!!!!!! Well, thank u again for messaging me on my Birthday. Much appreciated. Good to hear from u. I don't worry when I don't hear cos I know how busy u are, that's why I wait until u message me as u know when u have time. I'd hate to send a message & u feel u must reply as soon as. I'm not surprised u feel exhausted & have gone stir crazy. I thought that when u first said u were doing the compressed courses. Still it will be great to have some time off. My Birthday is tomorrow, so I have managed to spread Birthday lunches & dinners over the next couple of weeks. I'm not used to eating that much so needed to a break inbetween. Had a lovely meal with 2 friends in Cambridge on Saturday & a good catch-up. They were 2 of the people I had to cancel prior to Christmas because of the weather so we finally got rid of our Christmas presents!!!!! Went to see Melissa last Wednesday & she cooked me an early Birthday lunch. I took my Mum cos she hasn't seen Harry for ages & she hasn't seen Melissa's new house. Harry is 1 in a couple of weeks & is walking now & into everything, but is just gorgeous. He is having a little Birthday party on 20 March so I will got up & see him for that. We have had 2 nice bright & sunny days. Still cold, but u can cope with that when the sun is shining. I have heard that by the end of the week it is going to get much colder & we could have snow by the weekend. Our top temperatures have only been around 8 degrees!!!!!! Still I have had snow on my Birthday several times so it comes as no surprise. Alice in Wonderland comes out over here this Friday. I may be going up to London this Friday or Saturday to meet one of my friends from the site, so I hope we can see it cos then we can see it in 3D. If we don't manage it this week then soon, I hope. I really don't want to see it locally as our cinema is very small & it won't be in 3D. I love the clips I've seen but it is a little creepy. When the Cheshire Cat grins it looks quite evil, but that is Tim Burton for you. Snowboarding, that should be great & as u say, will get u out & about. I felt stir crazy when I was stuck in because of all that awful weather. The North of the UK & Scotland still have lots of snow. It's very sad that in Scotland there are a lot of deer dying because the snow is so deep they can't dig through it to get at the grass & plants. When I next go into our nearest big town, which I don't do that often but must do soon, I am going to this store called Marks & Spencer. Huge store in this country. Anyway, they sell these great sweets called Percy Pigs & they do a whole range of Pigs Tails & things. I love them & haven't had any for ages so am going to send some to u & Caden to see what u think. I said I would send some to an 'add' in Germany as she & I both love & collect pigs so I will send some to you both. Hope Jasper is still being a good boy. Give a big cuddle to Caden, hugs to the menagerie & most of all lots of hugs, kisses & cuddles to u. Luv ya loads. Jane XXXXX

Ever the pessimist, I can't believe I still have internet access 2 days on!!!!! It was awful & at a time I would have plenty of time to go on-line as there wasn't a lot I could do. Still I managed to catch up on some TV programmes I'd videod & some reading. It's just when u haven't been on-line for so long it takes ages to catch-up. We had quite a snow storm yesterday afternoon, but luckily for us it was too wet for it to settle. Not far from us they got it really badly & peeps were having to abandon their cars. Today, it is nice & bright but unfortunately the temperature don't reflect that. The 5 day forecast is still mentioning more snow, so I don't think we have seen the back of it. I do give up with William, I don't know what he is like at work but in his personal life he is useless. I keep talking to him but it goes in one ear & out the other. Either I give up or he & I will have a huge row & fall out. I think the boys are probably just doing the odd gig until the new CD comes out so they have new material to promote. Well, that is my thoughts. They are doing one gig here at the end of June in Hyde Park. I knew nothing about it being off-line, but the night my internet was back a friend had e-mailed me about it so I got straight onto pre-sales & managed to get a ticket. Someone told me it had sold out already & the tickets only really went on sale today!!!! There are loads of peeps going from the site & a lot of the European fans are coming over. Hopefully, we will have one big party. It is an outdoor venue so let's hope the weather has improved by then!!!! My back is slowly getting better, not so many spasms now, thank goodness. Am slowly doing some cleaning but can only do a very little at a time. Won't get much done in the next couple of weeks with all the lunches I have booked in - on go the inches!!!!!!! When u arrange these things the excuse is well, it is my Birthday coming up, but it doesn't alter the calorie intake!!!!!!! Can't wait to see Alice in Wonderland. Have seen some clips & the Cheshire Cat seems quite scary when it smiles. Not sure if little children should see it. Yes, can't believe Harry is one in 3 weeks time. Poor Melissa, he is walking now & into everything. Looking forward to seeing him as he is really cute & a real 'boy'. I hope u are going to have a break over the weekend, hun.
