always have the most interesting avatars. I like this one, though I cannot eat it. Well,I could, but frankly chapters from books gives me paper cuts on my tongue. Imagine that. Anywho, just dropping in for a quick howdy hey before I get on a first name basis with a burrito. And in case you were wondering, said burrito shall be named Hector Ignasio, and he shall be delicious.
HELLO BUBS

Good 2 hear that u are home safely.
Sounds as if the wound is healing nicely. U would expect lots of bruising & swelling. I think feet in particular take quite a time 2 go back 2 their normal size. Slow process + being bound up in dressings quite tightly would not help the swelling go down, but is necessary so the foot doesn't move too much. Vicious circle.
I have been houseworking this morning. Archie has been out with the dog walker today so I took advantage whilst he was out 2 watch last Monday's Saving Grace. I'm on walking duty over the weekend.
I expect u feel quite tired after your outing so u put your feet up & relax.
I want 2 order a couple more presents from Amazon so will be getting on to that. Maybe u might be lucky & have a little siesta.
Lots of hugs & cuddles coming your way from Archie Parchie & the Christmas Swirly. Mwah, mwah. XXXXXXXX
HOPING THAT THINGS ARE GOING WELL TODAY

I sleep on my stomach as preference as well, so can imagine that u can't do that with your foot as it is. Second fav is on my side, if I have to.
That's not silly, it's a sensation that u get 2 know. With moving around some of the stitches are probably pulling & u will get little bleeds. Some of them may even be coming out of their own accord. When I told u about having my nose re-broken (not that they do the procedure like it anymore) but I had always suffered from really bad nosebleeds as a child & I mean really bad. In hospital terms I am known as a 'bleeder' (very apt) & although they completely pack each side of your nose with bandages 4 pressure 2 stop the bleeding (when they took it out u can't imagine how much they can get up a nostril) my nose still didn't stop dripping. I could sense it in the night & they used 2 have 2 put a big pad under my nose as well. Just yor body being aware, I guess.
Well, hopefully whoever changes the dressing today doesn't hurt u & manage 2 pull a stitch out. I still can't understand why the district nurse isn't coming 2 u.
I am carrying on with the Host, it's a bit hard going but, of course, nothing like Vamps. I think in the True Blood Collection that is coming out there are 7 or 8 paperpacks. So a good bargain, I think.
Shitty weather here, just been doing some housework!!!!
Let me know how it all goes, hun.
Archie is sending slobbery kisses. Muchos huggles & big, big luv 2 Bella Ella Limpet from her Swirly. XXXXXX

Sorry 2 hear that your toot is being painful. Hopefully, that will get sorted tomorrow, especially if it is something 2 do with the dressing being too tight.
Glad that u have enjoyed tucking into the food, don't blame u.
U are in the right place at the moment I tell u. It's weird tho because although it is tiring battling against this wind the air is quite warm. We are evidently having the same weather until at least the weekend. I just wish it wasn't blowing right in towards my bedroom window.
Yes, I keep hearing about peeps going 2 the midnight viewing of New Moon tonite. I have all the books but haven't read them yet. I see no point going 2 see the films until I have read them. I haven't seen the Twilight film either. Funnily enough both Linzi & I are reading another of her books at the moment called The Host. (I think that's right). Linzi isn't keen so I don't know if she will stick with it. I don't like 2 give up on books so I am on about chapter 15. It's getting going now. As the title suggests it isn't vampires but souls (more like blobs with tentacles on) that are inserted into human bodies.
I have pre-ordered the True Blood books as they are bringing out a collection box of paperbacks at the end of November. They are part of my Christmas present. I thought at least I would read them in the correct order. £25 instead of £40. Quite a bargain, I thought.
Archie had some of his veggies I cooked with his dinner & we also played floodlit football but it was beginning 2 be a little chilly by then.
Hope all goes well with the nurse tomorrow, I am going 2 call it a night. I also hope u are getting better sleep now.
Archie has gone 2 bed so I can only pass his love on 2 u whilst he is probably already in dreamland. Muchos huggles & big, big luv 2 Bella Ella Hopalong frm the Christmas Swirly. XXXXXXXXX
WHERE IS THE FOOT?

Well, how are u today Missy & how is the toot coming along?
I hope u have been enjoying your Tesco delivered food - I am presuming u have some left!!!!!
I went out grocery shopping late morning. Whoop whoop. Still blowing a gale here which tires u out trying 2 battle against it, but it just isn't cold. I treated myself 2 the Foo Fighters Greatest Hits which has just come out on CD so can't wait 2 play it.
Have just finished cooking the veggies which are part of Archie's dinner. Cook a whole huge bag of frozen veggies at one time. That lasts about 3 meals. Managed 2 steam up my glasses at the same time. Shall be playing floodlit football with him shortly. Then he has his dinner.
Lot's of things being said about I'm a Celeb in the papers today. I always glance at them all in the supermarket. Intrigue!!!!!!
Needless 2 say I taped last nite's True Blood but haven't had time 2 watch it yet.
Are u finding it easier 2 get around now that your dressings aren't quite so bulky? Hopefully, tomorrow if it is healing well u may have even less bandage 2 deal with. Hope so 4 your sake.
I replied 2 your e-mail & hopefully u have received that by now.
Getting there with the Christmas shopping. My Mother will be here & an old family friend who is coming up from Dorset. Funnily enough talking 2 William the other day he has never tasted mince pies or mulled wine!!!! Find that very strange. They have an extra day off next week for Thanksgiving, of course.
Well, better go get the ball 4 our game or he will start acting up.
Hope u are taking care. Archie is sending lots of licks & cuddles. I am sending muchos huggles & big, big luv 2 Bella Ella Poorly Tootsie fm her Swirly. Mwah, mwah XXXXXXXXXXX

Omg, I love love LOOOOOOVE Christmas! Watching telly, eating chocolate, doing nothing, I mean, that’s so blissful!
I guess the only bad thing about Christmas is that I never know what to get my family and friends, and if I’m being totally honest I really don’t even have money hahah And we got snow, yes. Hooray for that! Though now it’s warm so the snow is melting away and it’s wet
no cool!
I just counted, and I have about 3 or 4 weeks of lectures and then I’m off to a nice long Christmas holiday. I’m so excited! When does your holiday start? Do you have a long holiday?
Oh, and look at that. I think ya got a pm
xx
