Can totally relate 2 the weather thing. It's been crap here over the w/end. Saturday it rained nearly all day & blew a gale. Yesterday was not bad but wet & muddy underfoot. I took Archie walkies in the forest. It is bright here today after raining most of the nite but very windy. Dog walker has Archie out today. Thank goodness. I spent the morning cleaning the kitchen. Whoopeeee!!! I had the music cranked up 2 give me a kick up the butt & keep me at it. I have 3 songs I really like & keep them on repeat. I think I will be bringing out a CD - Music to do the Housework to!!!!!! Glad 2 hear that Archie was a good boy in London, little adventure 4 him. I'm not surprised he was unsettled when it was dark, if he isn't used 2 it, he probably wondered u had turned the lights off. Bless. U keep mentioning Hayley. I thought she was a friend of yours, but us said u have finally met her. Do I no who she is? Exciting going 2 see possible new office. Good 2 take someone else along 4 an opinion, let's hope your boss goes 4 it. Have u told the Canadian company yet? Sounds like u have a nice little outing planned 4 the w/end. A friend of mine I meet 4 lunch we take it in turns 2 pay, but can never remember whose turn it is!!! Goods news that u sold the tickets & made a profit. Good one. I have pre-ordered as part of my Christmas present from my Mum the True Blood collection. It is a box of the books in paperback. I thought at least I'll read them in the right order. They come out at the end of Nov & are £25 instead of £40. I haven't read the Twilight books yet, although I have them all. Funnily enough, I am reading The Host. I wasn't sure if I was gonna get into it, but I hate 2 give up on books. I've only just started it but I'm on chapter 11. I love Mark Billingham but then I'm a great crime writer fan. Have rung GP today about my X Rays, but they evidently take 2 weeks!!!!!!! ECG machine is now working but can't get an appt until next week. Not very impressed - no further forward. Disgusted at the X Factor. Louis is such a pig. It was obvious it would go 2 deadlock & then those stupid little girls vote 4 Lloyd cos he's cute. Simon picked the wrong song 4 Jamie which he mentioned right at the end. To be honest they all tried hard but nobody blew me away. Just shows how good Freddy was & how difficult those songs are 2 sing. They were all out of their depth. I just about saw the pineapple thing, it was over in seconds - big deal. My fav reality show is back on now, I'm a Celeb. Well chuffed. Saturday nite when it was blowing a gale went with my neighbour 2 a Christmas Fayre at one of the Air Bases. Terrible weather but I bought a couple of little pressies. I already have some & I now no wot else I'm gonna buy, most of it on-line. I will do that tomorrow. Poor Bella, I keep giving her advice - I bet she's fed up with me. I'm acting like a real mother hen!!!!!!! Will keep an open mind on the other thing 4 the moment. Have asked Charlie 2 start looking at hotels now as we are getting nearer the date. I said I didn't fancy sleeping on the streets, bit too cold. OK hun, lovely 2 talk 2 u as usual. By the way did u get invited 2 the get together I told u about at the beginning of Dec? It's only a few days before Pink so I just won't have the money 4 train fare & drinks etc. Speak soon.
