California Waiting?

Ok I'm going crazy. I swear I've heard a female sing "California Waiting", and I want to say it's Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders. Which makes sense because she dotes on our boys. Hmmm...anyone know what I'm talking about? Or am I just in serious need of a psych evaluation?
