I feel so lucky...

to have been able to see KOL live the other night at Sasquatch at the Gorge Amphitheater. It was my first time seeing them live...and it was everything I expected and more! Sitting in that intense heat for 11 hours was all worth it in anticipation of seeing Caleb and the boys. Now I seriously feel sad that it's over. The Gorge was so beautiful that day, even with the intense heat beating us down. I had the chance to hear some amazing new bands that I've never listened to before like Devotchka, The Doves and The Gaslight Anthem. The Yeah Yeah Yeah's rocked the stage too. But of course KOL was the best band there! Nothing beats them. It was their last show on their American Tour and what a great way for them to end it...with the Gorge as their backdrop and super fans like me. What would we all do without Kings Of Leon? They are the best band ever!

Sounds like you had a great time! I too saw them for the first time in April. I felt the same way. I am going to San Diego in Aug and just had to buy tickets again. I just can't get enough! Aug can't come soon enough
