Wayman Tisdale, one of OU basketball greats. And recognized for his work as a jazz musician in recent years.
Of Wayman Tisdale, Chris Chase of The Dagger writes: "Blake Griffin wore No. 23 during his two years at Oklahoma, but only after he asked Wayman Tisdale for his permission. And just because Griffin will be the No. 1 overall pick in next month's NBA draft, don't think he won't always be No. 2 at OU to Tisdale."
