We saw KOL in Plymouth and they were amazing! The sound was deafening (i had ringing in my ears for two days!) and the venue was like a giant mosh-pit. We were a bit worried that the CIA wouldn't live up to it. We were wrong to be worried! KOL were amazing; they sound effortlessly good. Band seemed to play for longer than at Plymouth and, although the crowd weren't as up for it (total shame about the losers throwing beer - CIA has always got a few chav idiots present and they let Wales down (again!)) the sound was a lot better. Can't wait till the next time we see them. And we're both buying shocking pink vests just like Caleb wore. By the way, Black Thumbnail is probably the best gig-opening song ever written. "DON'T LEAVE NO SMELL ON ME...!"
