Sex On Fire - i-Tunes Song of the Year 2009. Despite being released in September 2008, Kings Of Leon’s Sex On Fire has been picked by iTunes users in the UK as the song of the year. Congratulations to the boys and thank you everyone for their support of the band.

2009/12/09 - Only By The Night is the iTunes Album Of The Year for 2009

Congratulations to Kings Of Leon who scored the coveted iTunes Album Of The Year for 2009 for their latest release Only By The Night. Not only has Only By The Night scanned more than 1 million records to date but has also scored 4 grammy nominations for the hit song "Use Somebody". This has been an amazing year for the band!

2009/12/03 - Kings of Leon Receive Four Grammy Nods

The nominees for the 52nd annual Grammy Awards were announced last night, and Kings of Leon came away with nominations for Best Rock Song, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Rock Performance by a Duo of Group with Vocals. The 52nd annual Grammy Award ceremony will be held on January 31, 2010 at Los Angeles' Staples Center.

2009/11/27 - Kings Of Leon Nominated for People’s Choice Awards

Kings of Leon have been nominated in the Best Rock Band category of the People’s Choice Awards. Voting has already started and will end on Dec. 8. Winners will be revealed during the live broadcast of the People’s Choice Awards 2010 Jan. 6 from its new home, the Nokia Theater. Eligible fans can cast their vote HERE.

2009/11/27 - Kings Of Leon Drummer Nathan Gets Hitched

Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill married girlfriend singer/songwriter Jessie Baylin over the weekend. The rocker and his gal married on Saturday evening at Wolf Den Farm in Brentwood, Tennessee, in a small ceremony that included close friends and family.
